- 6:00 am -6:30 am: Hotel pick up and drop Tribhuvan International Airport Domestic terminal, Kathmandu
A Vehicle according to your group size will be sent to pick you up from the hotel at 6 am. So, please make sure you get ready 10 minutes earlier. You will get transferred to the domestic terminal of the airport for formalities.
- 6:30 am–7:00 am : Airport formalities
Make sure you carry your passport and tickets with you. After checking in to the airport via the domestic terminal, an airport officer will check your tickets and documents.
- 7:00am-8:00am: Fly to Lukla. (Around 2,845m / 1-hour flight depends on the weather)
After the airport formalities, you will further proceed to fly Lukla. The Flight will offer you a nice top view of Kathmandu valley. You can easily see the scattered human settlements from the flight.
You will witness beautiful terrace farming done on the hills, dense forest of rhododendron trees, and various rivers and waterfalls.

After refueling, the flight will take you to Kala Patthar. The dramatic change of geography along with the topography can be noticed as the flight moves further. You will fly over Namche Bazzer the gateway of Mount Everest. The beautiful hotel settlements around the hills of Namche Bazzar can catch your eyes and looks amazing. The flight will fly passing the beautiful mountain peak, Ama Dablam.
- 8:30 am -8:45 am: Land and explore around Kala Panther for 10 to 15 Minutes.
Kala Patthar (17192ft/5242m) is surrounded by mountain summits from each side. - 9:00 am-10:00 am: Breakfast time at Hotel Everest View. (1 hour)

- 10:30 am – 11:30 am : Return Kathmandu
After a refueling break, the flight will take off from Lukla and fly back to Kathmandu.
